DSK: 7 of group of 9 HSA defectors to join, incl Sharath Chandrasekhar for B’lore office, 5 corp partners

After our exclusive report on Monday that up to nine partners would bulk-move from HSA Advocates to DSK Legal, the latter has now confirmed the hiring of HSA Advocates senior partners Anjan Dasgupta and Aparajit Bhattacharya, alongside only five others, including one Bangalore partner.

HSA Delhi-Mumbai duo Bhattacharya, Dasgupta split in coup for DSK: Up to 9-partner, 20-associate migration to include Bangalore

HSA Advocates senior Delhi corporate partner Aparajit Bhattacharya and senior Mumbai projects partner Anjan Dasgupta have both resigned today, and are understood to be in very advanced discussions to join DSK Legal, according to several sources.
