Khaitan helps Embassy sell $1.3bn Bengaluru-based IT park Techvillage sale with Blackstone

Private equity giant Blackstone and Bengaluru developer Embassy Group will sell an office park they own in Bengaluru to a real estate investment trust they have jointly sponsored for Rs 9,782.4 crore ($1.3 billion).


Khaitan & Co advised Embassy Office Ventures, led by a team of partners Rajiv Khaitan, Udayarkar Rangarajan and Rishabh Bharadwaj, along with principal associate Prashanth Ramdas, senior associates Mrudul Dadhich, Kamna Kumar and Srikanth Mantravadi, with assistance from associates Vishakha Sharma and Divya Gupta.


Deal value: INR 9782.4 crores (USD 1.3 billion)
