DSK acts on $56.4m Prestige buy of hotel, convention centre mixed-development project

Bangalore developer Prestige bought a 50% equity stake in Bamboo Hotel and Global Centre (Delhi) Private Limited.

Realty firm Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has tied up with Mumbai-based DB Group for a mixed-development project comprising a large hotel and convention centre in Delhi at a total investment of around ₹2,000 crore.


DSK Legal advised Prestige Hospitality Ventures Limited led by a team of partner Sajit Suvarna, associate partner Saloni Mody, associate partner Salinee Ranjan, senior associate Preeti Kumari, senior associate Aishni Popat and associate Aravind K.
