Cyril Amarchand, NDA, AZB act on $334.7m sale of Chennai Infocity office park by Canada pensions investment board, Shapoorji Pallonji

“Singapore-based real estate asset manager Mapletree Investment Pte. Ltd is close to buying Chennai-based information technology park SP Infocity, jointly owned by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) and Shapoorji Pallonji Investment Advisors, for around ?2,300-2,400 crore,” reported Mint.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) led by a team of partners Shagoofa Rashid Khan and Danish Kazi.

Nishith Desai & Associates advised Mapletree Investment led by leaders Vivek Kathpalia and Ruchir Sinha, leader Rohan Singh, and associates Devanshi Jaiswal and Prithvi Vardhan.
