AZB acts on $145m Lake Shore Hyderabad mall buy from Phoenix Group

Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA)-backed Lake Shore India Advisory has bought majority stake in a retail mall project in Hyderabad from Phoenix Group for about Rs 1,000 crore, inclusive of construction funding, said people aware of the matter. The fund has bought a 6.5 acre parcel in Hyderabad which has a development potential of 1.5 million square feet.
