“Suryoday Small Finance Bank raises fresh funding from new and existing investors: Mumbai-based Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd on Wednesday said it has raised Rs 248 crore ($35.8 million) from three promoters and a clutch of existing and two new investors,” reported VCCircle.
J Sagar Associates (JSA) advised Suryoday Small Finance Bank Limited led by a team of partners Aarthi Sivanandh, Ongmu Tshering, and Bhavana Alexander; associates Pavithra Manivannan and Prerna Ranjan, with associates Aman Bhatia and Kumar Kislay assisting with the signing process.
Two separate teams from Trilegal advised DEG and IFC.
DSK Legal acted for Gaja Capital Fund II Limited and Gaja Trustee Company Private Ltd.
K Law represented TVS Shriram Growth Fund.
Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance was advised by its in-house legal team.
