Legasis Partners advised ITI Growth Opportunities Fund led by a team of partner Apurv Sardeshmukh, senior associate Mugdha Joshi, associate Aanchal Lamba, and associate Vaishnavi Bhat.

Bangalore-based firm Mani Chengappa & Mathur acted for Ten3T, with a team comprising of partner Samuel Mani, senior associate Sindhushree Gadasalli and associate Neha Susan Rajan.
