LightSaber Food Ventures Pvt. Ltd, which sells healthy foods under the Snackible brand online and offline, has received early stage investments from the Mumbai Angels and early-stage investor / equity crowd funding platform 1Crowd for an undisclosed amount, according to VCCircle.

Sahai & Co partner Savyasachi Sahai acted for the LightSaber Food Ventures, which sells healthy foods under the Snackible brand.

Legasis Partners partner Apurv Sardeshmukh and associates Mugdha Joshi, Vaishnavi Bhat and Aanchal Lamba advised the 1Crowd.

The Mumbai Angels Network members involved in this round included Akshay Chudasama, Mumbai-based joint managing partner of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, as well as Kishore Ganji, Hemant Sood and Pradyumna Dalmia.

1Crowd was founded in 2015 as an equity crowdfunding platform and had made an investment of $500,000 in Smoodies earlier this year, after its debut angel fund of $3.5m.
