JSA acts for Microsoft with Algo, CAM, OMM on $25m Series D into FarEye logistics SaaS

FarEye, a logistics SaaS (software-as-a-service) platform, announced a Series D investment of $25 million led by M12 (Microsoft’s venture fund), Eight Roads Ventures and Honeywell Ventures. Existing investor SAIF Partners also participated in the round.

J Sagar Associates advised Microsoft Corporation led by a team comprised of partner Lalit Kumar, senior associates Amandeep Singh Virk and Radhika Gupta and associate Aakanksha, The tax related aspects were handled by partner Kumarmanglam Vijay.

Algo Legal represented FarEye and its promoter, led by lawyers Minhaz Lokhandwala and Utsav Gandhi.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted for Eight Roads.

SAIF was represented by its inhouse legal team.

US international law firm O Melveny & Myers LLP acted for Honeywell.
