JSA for Facebook on $110m Series E into Unacademy with double-Algo, Bharucha, Fenwick

Making its second bet in the Indian start-up space, social networking giant Facebook has participated in a $110 million investment round in edtech enterprise Unacademy.

Algo Legal advised Unacademy, operating as Sorting Hats Technology Private Limited, led by a team of partner Siddharth Manchanda and associate Anushree Kacker.
