Infra.Market, a Mumbai-based B2B online procurement marketplace for real estate and construction materials on Monday said that it has raised $20 million in Series A funding round led by Tiger Global, Nexus Venture Partners, and existing investors Accel Partners. The company plans to use the freshly raised funds for its product and geographical expansion.

IndusLaw advised Accel India and Hella Infra Market Limited, operating as Infra.Market, led by a team of partner Anindya Ghosh, associates Ankita Gupta, Pavani Nath and Siddhant Maheshwari.
AZB Partners was India counsel to Tiger Global, led by partners Srinath Dasari and Bhuvana Veeraragavan, and lawyers Karishma Dugar and Gautam Rego.
Gunderson Dettmer represented Tiger Global, led by by lawyers Mark Oblad, Tuca Bihari and Kyle W Menges.
The company had raised a $3.7m seed round from Accel in July, on which it had instructed Rajaram Legal, alongside IndusLaw for Accel.
