Indian diagnostics company Tulip Diagnostics Private Limited has acquired Biosense Technologies Private Limited for an undisclosed amount, according to AK & Partners. Tulip makes and markets in-vitro diagnostic reagents and kits both nationally and internationally, while Biosense manufacturers and exports medical diagnostics equipment.

S&R Associates acted as legal counsel to Biosense Technologies Private Limited led by partner Sudip Mahapatra and associate Soumalya Saha.

J Sagar Associates acted for Tulip Diagnostics Private Limited with a team led by partner Prakriti Jaiswal with senior associate Shweta Gupta and associate Aman Bhatia.
