Private equity firm General Atlantic has led a $51 million investment round in real estate platform NoBroker, regulatory filings show. Rocketship.vc, along with existing investors Beenext Ventures and SAIF Partners, also participated in the round, which values the company at roughly $160 million.

Bharucha Singh Mundkur acted for General Atlantic led by partner Vandana Pai.
Update 13 November 2019: Vertices Partners also advised the promoters of NoBroker Technologies Solutions Private Limited led by a team of managing partner Vinayak Burman and senior associate Hardik Thakker. The firm primarily advised the promoters in order to protect their rights in this round of investment and ongoing advice on the execution of this transaction, amongst other advisory services.
