Trilegal for Incred NBFC in $86m funding round with JSA, Indus, CAM, Khaitan, SAM, Linklaters

“New age technology-led NBFC InCred has raised Rs 600 crore from a group of global investors in a move that will raise its equity capital. The latest funding round will increase the total equity capital of the company to over 1,000 crore,” reported The Economic Times, with funding from Alpha Capital and V’Ocean.

Trilegal acted for InCred and its promoters, led by partner Kunal Chandra and assisted by senior associate Akshat Shrivastava.

J Sagar Associates (JSA) acted for Dutch development finance institution FMO, led by partner Manav Raheja and associate Gaurav Matta.
