Samvad, IC Universal, AZB, Tatva act on $8m Shiksha Financial Series B

Private equity fund Zephyr Peacock India Growth Fund has led a ₹55 crore funding round in Shiksha Finance, a Chennai-based education finance company, said a senior executive.


Samvad Partners advised Shiksha Financial Services India Private Limited led by a team of partner Natasha Mahajan; associate Bhadra Menon; and associate Namitha K.

IC Universal Legal acted for Zephyr Peacock India Growth Fund Ltd.

The Michael & Susan Dell Foundation was advised by AZB & Partners partners Hardeep Sachdeva and Priyamvada Shenoy, and senior associate Rukmani Seth.
