Zomato has become a regular client of Samvad’s, since its $210 fundraise last year. The firm also acted on Zomato’s more recent sale of its UAE subsidiary to Delivery Hero.

IndusLaw Bangalore acted as legal counsel for Saturn Shine Limited.
