Samvad, AZB, Indus act on Siemens’ first India investment with $9m Pando software stake

Siemens investment arm Next47 has made its first direct investment in India, in a $9 million round in supply chain management software provider Pando. The round was led by Chiratae Ventures, along with existing investor Nexus Venture Partners.

Samvad Partners advised the Siemens subsidiary, Next47 Fund 2020 LP led by a team of partner Aparna Ravi, associate Vineetha Stephen, senior associate Lakshmi Kishore.

AZB & Partners acted for Pando, operating as Pandocorp Pvt Ltd.

IndusLaw acted for Chiratae Ventures and Nexus Ventures IV Ltd, led by partner Winnie Shekhar and associates Nishihi Shah and Rashi Bharadwaj.
