SAM, AZB, CAM deliver $19.4m babycare brand MamaEarth series D from Sequoia, others

Online baby care brand Mamaearth has raised ₹130 crore (about $18.14 million) in a round led by Sequoia Capital India, the company said on Wednesday. Existing investors Fireside Ventures, Stellaris Venture Partners and Sharp Ventures also participated in the round.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Honasa Consumer Private Limited in MamaEarth series D funding led by a team of The SAM & Co. was led by partner Harsh Kumar, senior associate Mrinal Sharma, associate Shambhawi Mishra, and associate Sanya Bahl.

AZB & Partners had advised to Sequoia Capital vehicles, led by a team of partners Gautam Saha and Sachin Mehta, senior associates Nikhil Bahl and Roy George, associates Vaishali Dhanawat and Rajat Chadha.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas was advisors to Fireside Ventures Investment Fund I and Stellaris Venture Partners India I.
