Saakshya, S&R, JSA, Algo act on $5.5m Cue Learn fundraise from funds

Bengaluru-based Cue Learn, which owns after-school math education platform Cuemath, will raise $5.5 million in a Series B round from new investor Manta Ray Ventures and returning investors CapitalG and Sequoia Capital India.


Saakshya Law Advocates & Solicitors advised Cue Learn Private Limited, and its promoter, Mr. Manan Khurma, which owns and runs after-school math education platform Cuemath. led by a team of Our team comprised partner Siddharth Raja, and associate Monica Umesh.

S&R Associates acted for Manta Ray Ventures, with a team including partner Venkatesh Vijayaraghavan and associates Rachita Bhat, Neethu Roy and Vinayaditya Reddy.
