Saakshya lawyers for robotics start-up Miko on $7.5m Chiratae/IDG round

Miko, an India-based robotics company, on Wednesday announced a $7.5 million Series A round led by Chiratae Ventures (formerly IDG Ventures India), YourNest Venture Capital, investor Bruno Raschle’s family office, and a group of angel investors consisting technology evangelists.

Saakshya Law Advocates & Solicitors advised Miko, operating under RN Chidakashi Technologies Private Limited, led by a team partner Siddharth Raja, and associates Monica Umesh and Pranavi Pera.


Deal value: Total US$ 7.5 Mn (about Rs. 52 crores).
