Online lender Kissht has raised a Series C round of $30m from Singapore’s Vertex Ventures and Russia’s Sistema Asia Fund, as well as from existing investors Fosun RZ Capital, Ventureast and Endiya Partners, reported Mint.

Rajaram Legal acted for Kissht led by principal associate Prasad Subramanyan and associate Nikita Rajwade, according to the law firm.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised Sistema Asia Fund with partner Raghubir Menon and senior associate Aritra Roy.

IndusLaw acted for Vertex Ventures SE Asia Fund, led by partner Basava Rao, senior associate Sowmya Kumar and associate Stuti Agarwal.

Desai & Diwanji advised existing investors Fosun RZ Capital, Ventureast and Endiya Partners, led by partner Siddharth Mody, senior associate Rahul Deodhar and associate Prerana Chaudhari.
