Damensch Apparel Private Limited, has raised around INR 50 crore in series A2 funding with participation from Matrix Partners India, Saama Capital, Whiteboard Venture Partners and Alteria Capital, according to reports.
Rajaram Legal advised Matrix Partners and Saama Capital led by a team of partner Priyadarshani Sherchan, senior associate Nikita Rajwade and associate Vedanta Chakrabarty.
Algo Legal acted for Damensch Apparel Private Limited including a team of partner Abhinav Balaik, associate partner Prateek Mohapatra, senior associate Mayank Jhunjhunwala, and associate Shubham Barua.
