Mani acts on $17m Vue.ai Series B

MSD, an artificial intelligence-based company incorporated under the US laws, represented by its Founders, Ashwini Asokan and Anand Chandrasekhar, has raised Series B round of investment from its lead investor, Falcon Edge and its existing investors, Sequoia Capital Investments and Global Brains, according to reports.

“Retail intelligence platform Vue.ai has raised $17 million (around Rs 119 crore at the current exchange rate) in a Series B round of funding led by a new investor, New York-based hedge fund Falcon Edge Capital,” reported VCCircle.

Mani Chengappa & Mathur advised Mad Street Den Inc, which operates Vue.ai, led by a team of partner Samuel Mani; senior associate Sindhushree Gadasalli; and associate Neha Susan Rajan.

Themis Associates represented Sequoia Capital through its team comprising of partner Vinayak Mishra, and lawyers Neha Madan and Nikhil Rawat.

Goodwin Procter represented Falcon Edge.
