Legalogic, Legasis on IndiaNivesh’s minority stake acquisition in facility management services provider CLR Facility Services

Private investment firm IndiaNivesh Venture Capital Fund has invested an undisclosed amount in Pune-based facility management services provider CLR Facility Services, acquiring a minority stake, as reported by Circle. Earlier in January 2017, CLR had acquired majority stake in Mumbai-based Right Resources Corporate Services.

A Pune-based Legasis Partners team advised private equity firm IndiaNivesh Fund in the investment, led by partner Apurv Sardeshmukh along with associates Mugdha Joshi, Vaishnavi Bhat, Aanchal Lamba and Sayali Sohani.

Legalogic Consulting acted for CLR Facility Services in deal, and was represented by partners Vikas Agarwal and Vivek Sadhale and associates Rutuja Deshpande and Yuga Kekare.

Founded in 2008, CLR Facility Services supplies manpower and handles facility management and has a 9,000-strong workforce serving clients in 25 cities. It was also reported that the current fund raising will help the Pune-based company in building the organisation and growing inorganically by entering new geographies and service segments.
