Khaitan acts for Urbanpiper Tech $7.5m deal Series A from Tiger, Sequoia

UrbanPiper Technology Pvt. Ltd, a software-as-a-service platform that enables online ordering for restaurants, said on Wednesday it has raised $7.5 million (Rs 68 crore) in its Series A round of funding led by Tiger Global Management and Sequoia Capital.

Khaitan & Co advised Urbanpiper Technology led by a team of partner Ganesh Prasad, partner Sanjay Khan Nagra, senior associate B N Vivek, associate Sharada Krishnamurthy and associate Vaibhav Vivek Kulkarni.


Deal value: USD 7.5 million
