JSA, Khaitan advise WeWork, Embassy on $100m life-support-booster-shot from We-US parent into Indian subsidiary

Co-working major WeWork India, which is owned by the Embassy Group, on Friday said it has raised $100 million from WeWork Global for sustainable growth of its business.


JSagar Associates advised Embassy Group and WeWork India Management Private Limited led by a team of joint managing partner Vivek K Chandy, partner K Z Kuriyan, and senior associate Vandana Venkatesh.

Khaitan & Co Bangalore advised WeWork Global, led by partner Sharad Moudgal.
