Indus acts on $14.5m Pocket Aces round from Sequoia (Jul ‘19)

BLOOMBERG : Mumbai-based digital entertainment firm Pocket Aces has secured ₹100 crore from Sequoia India, DSP Group and 3one4 Capital, besides other prominent investors, the company said on Tuesday.

IndusLaw advised Pocket Aces led by a team of partner Nishant Singh, principal associate Khusnuma Nagwaswalla, senior associate Aakash Dasgupta and associate Saksham Madan.

Themis LTC partner Vinayak Mishra (as he then was), with then-team Members lawyers Alimpan Banerjee, Srivani Tyrala, Rahul Roy, Praveen Hegde and Ronak Shah acted for Sequoia.

Other funds were represented by their in-house teams.
