ILP, Ashurst reprise Hyundai action on funding in Revv with SAM, ELP

“Hyundai Motor Company has invested in Indian self-drive car rental startup Revv, joining a raft of global carmakers backing new tech-enabled ventures that are transforming the auto industry worldwide,” reported VC Circle.

Indian Law Partners (ILP) partners Gopika Pant and Vineet Gupta, senior associate Abhimanyu Kaul and associates Ira Swain and Divakar Gupta for Hyundai.

Ashurst Hong Kong partner Huiyeon Kim and legal manager June Jhe acted as international legal counsel for Hyundai.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Gurgaon-based partner Amit Khansaheb and principal associate Vinayak Mishra acted for Revv and its founders.

Economic Laws Practice (ELP) represented Edelweiss, which was an existing investor in Revv. The law firm’s team was led by partners Darshan Upadhyay and Amit Manubarwala, senior associate Ananthram Ganesh and associate Karan Narvekar.
