ELP acts on India leg of Singapore Multi-Act Trade investment in Aureus Analytics

ELP advised Multi-Act Trade & Investments Private Limited led by a team of partner Bhavin Gada, associate manager Soumya Shanker, associate Sharan Sanil, associate Mehak Gupta. Investment by Multi Act Trade & Investments Private Limited in Aureus Analytics Limited (Singapore). ELP conducted due diligence on the Indian subsidiary of the target company, reviewed and drafted transaction documents for the investment to be made.

Multi Act Trade & Investments Private Limited invested in the company along with Connecticut Innovations, Incorporated, which is a quasi-public agency existing under the laws of the State of Connecticut, along with other investors. There were several other existing investors and the rights of all the investors had to be considered while negotiating the investment document.

International firm Dentons Rodyk & Davidson LLP was counsel for the company.

Gregg Lallier Updike Kelly and Spellacy PC represented Connecticut Innovations.
