ELP acts for Mayfield on $5m Series A of Pune’s Infinite Uptime

Pune-based industrial Internet of Things (IoT) startup Infinite Uptime has raised $5 million (Rs 34.5 crore) in a Series A funding round from a clutch of venture capital and private equity firms, a company statement said.

Economic Laws Practice (ELP) advised Mayfield India II Limited and IL&FS Investment Managers Limited led by a team of partner Darshan Upadhyay, partner Amruta Kelkar and associate Shreshtha Goyal.

US law firm Outsight Legal advised Infinite Uptime Inc.
