Alternative investments group Samena Capital has taken a 35% stake in Bloom Hotels for Rs 100 crore valuing the company at Rs 330 crore in a series B investment round. Bloom, which has hotels in markets like Bengaluru, New Delhi, Gurgaon and Goa, plans to set up 100 hotels across South Asia, it said in a statement. — The Economic Times
