Venture capital firm Lightbox has led a $4 million investment in Nua, a female wellness brand. Existing investor Kae Capital has also participated in this Series A funding round. Nua, operated by Lagom Labs Private Limited, creates products and services revolved around women’s health and wellness, according to Business Standard.

Desai & Diwanji advised Lightbox led by a team of Desai & Diwanji acted for Lightbox. The team consisted of partner Siddharth Mody, senior associate Rahul Deodhar, senior associate Prerana Chaudhari and associates Satvik Kulshrestha and Priyanshi Lodha.

Themis Associates acted for Nua, owned by Lagom Labs, and its promoters. The team consisted of associate partner Siddharth Manchanda and associate Ashwat Malhotra.
