Chennai’s AK Law, Trilegal, Themis, JMP get $14m funding for Quick Ride from Naspers, VH, SCI

“Bengaluru-headquartered car and bike-pooling startup Quick Ride has raised INR 100.78 Cr ($14.4 Mn) in Series B funding from its existing investors Sequoia, Naspers and Venture Highway,” reported Inc42.

Chennai-based law firm AK Law Chambers advised the company Quick Ride, owned by iDisha Info Labs Private Limited, led by partner Goda Raghavan along with associate Smriti Krishnan.

Jerome Merchant + Partners advised VH Capital XI led by partner Sameer Sibal along with associates Ankur Gupta and Rishabh Gupta.

Trilegal advised Dutch Naspers Ventures.BV, led by partners Yogesh Singh and Upasana Rao along with associates Dhruv Chatterjee and Avantika Kulshrestha.

Themis Associates advised SCI Investments V, led by partner Archan Chakraborty along with associate Ayush Mohan.
