CAM advises Warburg on $400m exit sale of Continental Warehousing to Hindustan Infralog

“Hindustan Infralog Pvt. Ltd, a joint venture between Dubai-based DP World and the National Infrastructure Investment Fund (NIIF), has agreed to acquire a 90% stake in Warburg Pincus-backed Continental Warehousing Corporation (Nhava Seva) Ltd,” according to VCCircle.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Warburg Pincus, Abraaj Capital, Continental Warehousing Corporation (Nhava Seva) Limited and the promoters of Continental Warehousing, being N Amrutesh Reddy, N Adikesavulu Reddy, NDR;;. The deal team was led by partners Reeba Chacko and Vandana Sekhri.
