AZB assists OYO on $600m fundraise entry to unicorn-land

“Oyo Rooms checks into unicorn club with $1 billion fundraise: Existing investors including SoftBank Vision Fund, Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed Venture Partners have put in $800 million, with commitments for another $200 million,” reported Mint.

AZB & Partners advised Oravel Stays Private Limited, operating as OYO, led by a team of partners Niladri Maulik and Anisha Sridhar and lawyers Siddharth Khanna, Anupam Misra and Paulose Abraham.
