Trilegal, AZB, P&C on IFC and Bessemer's $10m PE in Nephro

Trilegal advised Nephro Health Services in International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Bessemer Venture Partners’ $10m investment in it. AZB & Partners advised IFC and P&C Legal advised Bessemer.

Trilegal partner D Pavan Kumar, senior associate Emil Joseph and associate Dennis John acted for Nephro which runs Nephroplus – a dialysis chain.

AZB Delhi partner Gautam Saha acted for IFC which may bring in $7m in the series B investment into Nephro, reported VC Circle.

P&C Mumbai partner Vishnu Jerome acted for Bessemer.
