AZB & Partners, J Sagar Associates (JSA) and Vaish Associates have advised on the private equity funding raised by ETech Aces Marketing & Consulting from Intel Capital and existing investor Info Edge.

Vaish Associates’ Gurgaon office head and partner Hitender Mehta along with senior associate Akshay Saxena led for ETech Aces, which owns insurance aggregation portal PolicyBazaar.com.

AZB Noida-based partner Gautam Saha represented Intel Capital while JSA partner Rohitashwa Prasad acted for Info Edge from Gurgaon.

The legal work involved due diligence, negotiating and finalizing the share purchase agreement and other ancillary agreements and issuing closing opinion on the transaction, stated Vaish Associates in a press release.

According to VCCircle this is the second round of funding by Info Edge – the owner of recruitment portal naukri.com – into ETech Aces Marketing & Consulting totaling Rs 30 crore.

The amount reportedly raised from the other investor Intel Capital is Rs 30 crore.
