ELP, Nuvo Juris on Ecap investment in BRIDGEi2i

Economic Laws Practice advised Edelweiss’ private equity arm Ecap Equities on its investment in BRIDGEi2i Analytics Solutions (BAS) which was advised by Nuvo Juris.

ELP Mumbai partners Suhail Naithani and Darshan Upadhyay, associate partner Amit Manubarwala, associate manager Ananthram Ganesh and senior associate Dhairal Shah, and associates Amoolya Narayan and Tanya Chib acted for Ecap.

Nuvo founder Sharda Balaji and associates Sohini Mandal and Pooja Kumar acted for BAS

“71 investments have been made in the enterprise or business-to-business (B2B) start-ups between January and April this year, as compared to 44 last year in the same period last year,” According to Mint research.

Kian - Would like to see some debt related deal being reported in LI.There are fascinating transactions (and restructurings) taking place with regard to debt which are often complex and interesting.
