Clove Legal, Platinum on Access Asset PE buyout of Teleysia

Clove Legal advised the promoters of Ahmedabad-based Teleysia Networks on selling a controlling stake in it to private equity firm Access Asset Managers which was advised by Platinum Partners.

Clove co-founding partners Dharmesh Kotadia and Amit Sirsikar and associate Nupur Rustagi acted for the promoters of Teleysia.Platinum associate Abhinav Bhalaik acted for Access.

Access focuses on SMEs and made a management buyout in this deal through its Access India Fund, along with other unnamed co-investors, reported VC Circle.

Wasn't any partner from PP involved on this deal? The associate must be a star performer who handled this deal by himself.

Yes he is. I have worked across him on a matter and he was super good. Technically very bright, efficient and thorough!!
