The cyril song is a desperate attempt to put an eyewash over the mindless decisions made that show a certain ruthlessness towards its human resources.....

Firstly, the Cyril song is so apt, folks will come and go, the firm is still doing the best deals in the market, and been fairly busy work wise too. So something is right about them? Further, mindless decisions, perhaps, the partners should go out, get work. Have no clientele of their own, but seek the sky!

If Prime was Crawford's & Khaitan's client, all I have to say is they should have ensured the client stays with them and not look for another legal advisor. Such is life mate...do your work well and its all cool !

Good lord. See zia s model - she doesn't blame her resources she has the brand value and pizzazz to pull in work to feed a nation and for good reason. Cyril and Van need to build on their own brand value instead of blaming the partners. People join firms so that work can be given to them. If they could generate their own work they would set up their own firm na ? Just saying you have a legacy cannot entitle you to skin people. You have to work for it too.
