J Sagar Associates (JSA) continued its relationship with private equity major Blackstone in the Rs 800 crore ($156m) purchase of DLF Ackruti Infopark in Pune, which drafted in Amarchand Mangaldas.
JSA Mumbai partners Akshay Chudasama, Ashoo Gupta and Jay Gandhi advised Blackstone in the 100 per cent acquisition.
DLF Akruti Infopark was assisted by Amarchand Mangaldas Mumbai partner Harry Chawla, principal associate Niti Paul, and senior associates Medha Shrivastava and Vishwanath Pratap Singh.
