Altum, LegaLogic advise on Rs 12 cr cyber security investment

Altum Law advised Exfinity Ventures on infusing Rs 12 crore in cyber security start-up Uniken, which was advised by LegaLogic Consulting.

Altum Bangalore-based co-founder and senior partner Anindita Phukan acted for Exfinity, which is backed by ex-Infosys veterans V Balakrishnan and TV Mohandas Pai.

LegaLogic co-founder Shridhar Kulkarni and lawyer Ninad Deshpande acted for Pune-based Uniken, which has developed a digital security platform, REL-ID, which helps connect users, devices and apps through a secure network, protected from hi-tech online attacks, according to the Economic Times.
