Bombay HC orders CLAT convenor to make new expert committee to re-look at questions

The Bombay high court ordered the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) convenor RMLNLU Lucknow to institute a new expert committee of eminent persons from the profession to re-examine the objections raised against the CLAT 2015 question paper.

Advocate Rishabh Sancheti, appearing for RMLNLU, said that the court ordered the inquiry to complete within eight days but that the full order was not yet available.

How this would impact the admissions process, if at all, was therefore not yet clear.

RMLNLU yesterday published a link to the fourth and final seat allocations, available with a CLAT candidate log in.

To be updated with more details as and when available.
