Link Legal India Law Services has hired Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Delhi-based principal associate Anuj Trivedi as a partner in its corporate practice.

Trivedi, a 2005 NLIU Bhopal graduate, had spent nearly five years at Dua Associates followed by two-and-a-half years at Tatva Legal until returning to Dua in 2012.

In 2015, he had joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.

Trivedi told us: “I would like to thank Link Legal for the fantastic opportunity provided to me. I sincerely look forward to contributing towards (further) strengthening Link Legal’s corporate, M&A and PE practice.”

He specialises in M&A, corporate structuring, transaction advisory and general corporate and regulatory advisory work.

Link Legal managing partner Atul Sharma and co-managing partner Nusrat Hassan said in a joint statement: “We welcome Anuj to our firm and wish him all the very best in his new role. His addition will further strengthen our corporate, M&A and PE practice.”
