Luthra & Luthra has promoted six managing associates to partner level, reported Bar & Bench.

The new partners are:

• Bangalore corporate and private equity partner Vasudev Dibbur, who joined in 2009 from Amarchand Mangaldas;
• Delhi-based Anshul Jain who joined in 2007 from Ansal API where he was a secretarial officer (having begun his career at Rajeev Goel & Co in 2005 as an associate);
• Sachit Mathur, who became a managing associate in 2012;
• Delhi-based intellectual property lawyer Nirupam Lodha, who has been with the firm since 2007 when he graduated from NLU Jodhpur;
• Dipti Lavya Swain, who joined Delhi in 2014 from Wadia Ghandy & Co where he’d worked since graduating from NLU Jodhpur in 2006; and
• Delhi litigation lawyer Prashant Mishra.

Meanwhile, Mumbai capital markets partner Manan Lahoty has joined the executive committee of managing partner Rajiv Luthra, senior partner Mohit Saraf, Sameen Vyas, Sameer Dudhoria and Sundeep Dudeja, according to Bar & Bench.

The firm also promoted the following five to managing associate level from senior associate:
