Link Legal India Law Services (LLILS) has promoted three to associate partner level:
- Pratyush Khurana (SLS Pune; Delhi corporate commercial, formerly principal associate)
- Vinu Peter Immanuel (Dr Ambedkar GLC Chennai 2006; Delhi corporate commercial, formerly principal associate)
- Yosham Vardhan (ILS Pune; Mumbai corporate commercial, formerly counsel)
In a press release on 30 December, managing partners Atul Sharma and co-managing partner Nusrat Hassan “congratulated all of them on this well-deserved promotion”.
According to the press release:
Pratyush Khurana joined the firm in December 2017. He is a part of our Corporate Commercial team at Delhi. He has obtained B.B.A.LLB. from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and is also an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has more than 10 years of experience in cross-border and domestic M&A and private equity transactions
Vinu Peter Immanuel joined the firm in April 2017. He is part of our Corporate Commercial team at Delhi. He has obtained B.A B.L, from the prestigious Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai in 2006 and has more than 12 years of experience in cross-border and domestic M&A and private equity transactions.
Yosham Vardhan joined the firm in April 2018. She is part of our Corporate Commercial team at Mumbai with over 7 years of transaction experience. She has obtained BSL LLB, from ILS LAW COLLEGE, Pune. She specialises in mergers & acquisitions, cross border investments, joint ventures, business transfers, private equity investments and corporate advisory.

On another note.. good to see another Clasis guy make it good. Most who have left Clasis did good for themselves. While the ones left behind ..count the seconds....
