Link Legal India Law Services (LLILS) has made 5 new partners including 2 associate partners.
Associate partners Nidhi Pathania, Sarojanand Jha and Abhishek Sharma were made partners.
A CLC Delhi 2007 alumnus, Pathania was elevated in the banking, project finance and IBC team. A firm homegrown, she had a brief stint at K Law in 2015 until 2017 when she returned to LLILS. She represents banks and financial institutions in project finance and corporate finance transactions in sectors such as airports, roads, ports, energy and power transmission, LLILS said in its release. She is based in Mumbai.
Jha and Sharma were elevated in the disputes practice. Jha is with the firm since 2007 when he joined straight after graduation and Sharma joined in 2009 after two years of work.
Principal associates Abhinav Agnihotri and Prashaant Vikram Rajput were made associate partners.
Agnihotri is a 2007 IP university alumnus in the disputes team and Rajput is a 2006 Amity University alumnus in the capital markets team and is based in Mumbai.
