J Sagar Associates (JSA) has hired Tatva Legal partner Rajeev Reddy G as its second partner based in Hyderabad.

Reddy specialises in corporate and commercial laws, and according to JSA has worked on private equity investments, cross-border investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, joint developments, setting-up of operations, corporate restructuring, debt funding, public private partnerships and general corporate advisory.

The 2003 Nalsar Hyderabad graduate had become a partner at Tatva in 2013, having joined the firm in 2009 when it had spun out of Dua Associates.

He had begun his career at ARA Law.

“We wish Rajeev a long and mutually beneficial association with JSA,” commented joint managing partners Amit Kapur and Vivek Chandy.

We have reached out to Tatva for comment.

According to JSA, his work includes:

structuring, due-diligence, documentation, negotiation and advice in sectors such as infrastructure, information technology, pharmaceuticals, dairy products, retail, education, mining, online gaming, health care, real estate, telecommunication, manufacturing, seeds, biotechnology, and non-banking financial services.
