Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Delhi corporate principal associate Soumya Kanti De Mallik has joined HSA Advocates as an associate partner on 1 October.

HSA managing partner Hemant Sahai commented: “We are pleased to have Soumya De Mallik on board with us as an associate partner. He will strengthen our corporate and transaction advisory practice, which now has 10 partners and associate partners.”

Shardul Amarchand managing partner Pallavi Shroff commented: “We wish him good luck.”

Mallik had joined Amarchand Mangaldas Delhi as an associate in 2008 from Rajah & Tann, Singapore, where he worked as a foreign lawyer. He had earlier worked with Luthra & Luthra in Delhi and AZB & Partners Mumbai.

He holds 2004 LLM from the University of Warwick and a 2003 LLB from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University.
