Ex-SRGR, Videocon alum firm Alpha expands to BLR to service more non-legal start-ups

Alpha Partners, the corporate and intellectual property boutique started up in 2012 by former SRGR Law Offices lawyer Akshat Pande with Videocon group in-houser Ankit Prakash, opened its second national office and its first outside the Delhi area, in Bangalore.

The firm stated in its press release: “Bangalore was the obvious strategic move for Alpha Partners, as the firm is assisting a number of startup companies and funds investing in startups and other ventures, with end to end legal advisory services. In addition to start ups, Alpha Partners will also be catering to other companies who may need representation in North India, specifically in NCR of Delhi for transactions, intellectual property filings or dispute resolution.”

The firm is yet to appoint a “partner-level” head of the Bangalore office and hire associate level fee-earners for the office, the release added.

The other two offices of the firm, in Noida and Delhi’s Greater Kailash, were merged into the Noida office last year.
